Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@HausOfCurvee.com.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to contact us within the required timeframe may result in your request being denied.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders placed before 6PM CST are processed the same day and shipped the next business day.

Please allow 3–5 business days for shipping and handling during regular business operations. Shipping times may vary during holidays, launches, sales, and high-volume periods.

Order Changes & Cancellations
