Final Sale Items

  • All sale items ending in .99 are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Exchange Requests

Return Shipping

  • You have 5 days from the date of delivery to ensure that your merchandise is in route for return.

Condition of Returned Items

  • All merchandise must be returned in like-new condition.
  • Tags must be attached to the item.
  • Items that appear worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@thecurvycoutureboutique.com within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back.
  3. Ensure your return is in transit within 5 days of delivery.
  4. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
  5. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided after inspection.

Refunds

  • A credit will be issued for the amount of the returned items, minus the shipping fee.
  • Customer is responsible for the shipping fee on any new order once your return has been completed.
  • You have 15 days to use your store credit. Once it expires, it will not be reissued.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be processed after the return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the conditions outlined above.
