Exchange Requests
We want you to love every piece you order from Haus of Curvèe, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right. If you need to request an exchange, please follow the steps below:
📦 How to Request an Exchange:

Email our support team at Support@HausOfCurvee.com within 3 days of your order being marked "DELIVERED".

Once your request is received, our team will review it and provide you with next steps, including where to send your return item.
Important Notes:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Sale items ending in .99 are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be shipped out promptly.
